Victor is a B2B sales leader with a passion for helping salespeople reach their highest potential. He began his career as an attorney, where he developed his communication and presentation skills, before leveraging these abilities in his first sales role at a prominent financial services firm, where he was recognized as one of the top young producers in the company. Subsequently, Victor joined the entrepreneurial world, serving in various roles from Co-founder to VP of Business Development. Since then, he's worked as a consultant and trainer to various B2B startups, helping them to develop GTM strategy, identify effective messaging, and provide their salespeople with the skills and coaching they need to be successful. He is a graduate of Duke University and The George Washington University Law School.
